Dr. Larry Yu was born in Pennsylvania. He graduated with
Honors from the School of Engineering, University of California at
Irvine and received his medical degree from St. Louis University.
He is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha, Phi Beta Kappa, and several
engineering honor societies.
He entered the US Air Force and completed a surgery internship at Travis AFB.
After serving as a flight surgeon at Edwards AFB, he trained at Wilford Hall
and Brooke Army Medical Centers in San Antonio to become an otolaryngologist.
His last assignment was at Nellis AFB in Las Vegas. He then joined Ear Nose &
Throat Consultants of Nevada in 1999. He is board certified by the American
Board of Otolaryngology.
