Dr. Frederick Goll III, M.D.Dr. Frederick Goll III, M.D.

Dr. Frederick Goll, III is a native of Iowa. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, a Delta Chi national Scholar, Psi Chi Psychology honors society, Phi Eta Sigma. A graduate of University of Iowa College of Medicine, Class of 1990. Dr. Goll did his internship at Iowa Methodist Medical Center - General Surgery, and his residency at Ohio State University Hospital, Department of Otolaryngolgy - Head and Neck Surgery. He is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, 1997. Dr. Goll is married with one child. Dr. Goll has interests in swimming, cycling, running and triathlons.

Dr. Walter W. Schroeder, M.D., F.A.C.S., F.A.A.P.

Dr. Walter W. Schroeder is a native of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He was an Honors student at the University of North Carolina and received his Medical Degree from the University of South Florida. Dr Schroeder completed his general surgery and otolaryngology training in Virginia where he remained on staff for five years before moving to Las Vegas.

Dr. Schroeder is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is an assistant professor with the University of Nevada School of Medicine. Dr. Schroeder's other distinctions include Elected Specialty Fellow with the American Academy of Pediatrics and Fellow American College of Surgeons. He is married and has four children.

Dr. Larry Yu, M.D.

Dr. Larry Yu, M.D.

Dr. Larry Yu graduated with Honors from the School of Engineering, University of California at Irvine and received his medical degree from St. Louis University. He is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha, Phi Beta Kappa, and several engineering honor societies.

He entered the US Air Force and completed a surgery internship at Travis AFB. After serving as a flight surgeon at Edwards AFB, he trained at Wilford Hall and Brooke Army Medical Centers in San Antonio to become an otolaryngologist. His last assignment was at Nellis AFB in Las Vegas. He then joined Ear Nose & Throat Consultants of Nevada in 1999. He is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. Dr. Yu is now a partner with Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants of Nevada. His interests include pediatric otolaryngology, sinus disorders, as well as all of general otolaryngology. He has been recognized in consecutive years in the Las Vegas edition of “Top Doctors”.

Dr. Ashley Sikand, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Ashley Sikand, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Ashley Sikand is a partner physician at ENT Consultants of Nevada. He is board certified in the specialty of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the Royal College of Surgeons (Canada). Dr. Sikand completed fellowship training at the prestigious California Ear/Sinus Institute. He served as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology –Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Washington School of Medicine. Having joined ENTC in 1996, Dr. Sikand has applied his expertise in microscopic ear surgery, endoscopic sinus surgery and cochlear implant surgery to the practice. Working often with neurosurgical colleagues, he pioneered many surgical procedures in Nevada including techniques for skull base tumor surgery and repair, as well as cochlear implant surgery. Dr. Sikand is a member of the American Neurotolgy Society (ear and skull base surgery) , the American Rhinologic Society (nasal and sinus disorders) and the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He was also named to the laser surgery committee of the American Academy of Otolaryngology. In addition, he serves as a consultant to leading medical technology companies in the field including Stryker Instruments (computerized surgical navigation systems), Acclarent (sinus surgery technology), and Zeiss Microscopes. Dr. Sikand conducts research in treatment outcomes for sinus disease in collaboration with prominent centers in other areas of the United States. He has been recognized in consecutive years since 1998 in the Las Vegas edition of “Top Doctors”.

Dr. Daniel Kim joined Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants in May of 2011. He graduated from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1990. He completed his internship at Michigan State University Sparrow Hospital and his residency at Ohio University Grandview Hospital & Medical Center. Dr. Kim has been practicing in Las Vegas since 1998.  

He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology & Head and Neck Surgery, American Osteopathic College of Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology & Head and Neck Surgery and Korean American Otolaryngology Association.

Dr. Jonathan B. Salinas, M.D.

Dr. Jonathan B. Salinas, M.D.

Dr. Jonathan Salinas was born in Lima, Peru. It was in Peru, where from an early age he began developing a deep appreciation for music and the singing voice from his mother, a professional singer. His comprehensive approach to the care of the professional voice is influenced by his personal experience as a musician and the unique experience of treating voice professionals at UCLA.

Dr. Salinas is a Diplomate of the American Board of Laryngology. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a competitive degree in Molecular, Cell and Developmental Biology. He then obtained his medical degree from the world renowned David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. It was as a medical student at UCLA that he developed a close mentorship with world-class Laryngologists & Voice Specialists, Drs. Gerald Berke and Dinesh Chhetri. Thus, he remained in Los Angeles to complete his residency training in Otolaryngology at the prestigious Department of Head and Neck Surgery at the Ronald Reagan – UCLA Medical Center. He was then chosen to complete a Laryngology Fellowship at UCLA, where he further honed his skills in the comprehensive management of voice, airway and swallowing disorders, while concurrently holding positions of Clinical Instructor in Head and Neck Surgery at UCLA Medical Center and as an attending surgeon at Olive View – UCLA Medical Center.

Dr. Salinas is involved in a number of clinical and basic science research projects, including the study of in-vivo vocal fold replacement and laryngeal transplant. He is well published and has presented his discoveries to national and international audiences. Furthermore, because of his strong dedication to education, he continues teaching resident physicians and has been appointed Assistant Clinical Professor at UCLA.

Dr. Salinas has been recognized for his achievements by the City of Los Angeles, the California State Senate, the California State Assembly, JPL-NASA, and the UCLA Latino Alumni Association. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and the American Medical Association.

Dr. LaKeisha Henry, M.D.

Dr. LaKeisha Henry, M.D.

Dr. LaKeisha Henry is board certified otolaryngology-head and neck surgeon and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) in private practice with the Ear Nose and Throat Consultants of Nevada where she provides comprehensive otolaryngology care to children and adults across the breath of the specialty. She provides pediatric, sinus, and head and neck surgery. She is an accomplished surgeon with numerous awards including recognition as a Top Doctor. With 29 years of service in the United States Air Force, she retired as a Colonel after various assignments in the United States and overseas including deployment to Afghanistan. She received numerous decorations including the Legion of Merit and multiple Meritorious Service Awards. She continues to teach in association with the Mountain View Hospital General Surgery Residency Program in Las Vegas, as an Advance Trauma Life Support Instructor and is a Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery. Dr. Henry served in various leadership roles to include serving as teaching faculty and Otolaryngology Master Clinician with the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium (SAUSHEC) and as the Chief Otolaryngology Consultant to the Air Force Surgeon General. She served as the Division Chief/Executive Director of the Department of Defense Hearing Center of Excellence (HCE), a congressionally mandated collaborative effort with the Department of Veteran Affairs dedicated to Service members and Veterans. Doctor Henry earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1992 (Dean’s List) and a Medical Doctorate from USUHS in 1998. She completed a residency in Otolaryngology in 2005 as SAUSHEC in San Antonio, Texas. She additionally serves as as At-Large Director on the Board of Directors and on several committees for the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery in addition as a Director for the Society of Military Otolaryngology and as the Chair for a NATO Human Factors in Medicine communication-in-noise task group.

Dr. Allen Young, M.D., M.P.H.

Dr. Allen Young, M.D., M.P.H.

Dr. Allen Young was born in China and has lived across the United States including Oklahoma, Oregon, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Alabama, Maryland, California and now Nevada. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) where he received his Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Master of Public Health in Health Policy.

He received his Medical Doctorate from the world-renowned Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and completed his residency in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Nevada at Las Vegas. Dr. Young has a strong academic and research background and has published over 40 papers in peer-reviewed medical journals.

He also has a passion for engaging in underserved communities and has done multiple medical volunteering tours in Ghana and Ecuador. He is active in health policy and has served in several leadership positions at the American Medical Association (AMA) and American Academy of Otolaryngology (AAO). 

Dr. Young completed his otology and neurotology fellowship at the prestigious Silverstein Institute and now specializes in hearing loss, tinnitus, tympanic membrane repair, chronic ear disease, Eustachian tube dysfunction, hyperacusis, and dizziness/vertigo.

In his spare time, Dr. Young is an avid competitive swimmer, runner, and home chef. He enjoys traveling the world with his wife and speaks Mandarin Chinese and Spanish.

Dr. Chad Daniels, AuD

Dr. Chad Daniels, AuD

Dr. G. Chad Daniels was raised in Farmington, Utah.  He received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Audiology from Utah State University and his Doctorate of Audiology from AT Still University.  He owned one of the largest private Audiology practices in Utah.  Due to family illness, he sold the practice and moved to a warmer climate.  He has worked in Las Vegas for the past 12 years with a prominent ENT practice (that was dissolved 12-31-22).  He has extensive experience in testing and treatment for hearing loss, tinnitus, and balance disorders.  He loves spending time with his family.  He loves sports and can be found fly fishing weekly at one of his secret spots.

Susan Thomas, NP

Susan Thomas is a Family Nurse Practitioner specialized in Ear, Nose, and Throat disorders. She received the Graduate Student Excellence award in her master’s program. She works closely with Dr. Frederick Goll III, Dr. Larry Yu, and Dr. Walter W. Schroeder. She is also a member of the Otolaryngology Specialty Practice Group with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is passionate about providing individualized, patient-centered, holistic care for children and adults.

Kate Paner, P.A.

Kate Paner, PA

Kathrina “Kate” Paner, MPAS, PA-C joined Dr. Ashley Sikand in March of 2021.  She previously worked in an allergy and immunology practice in Las Vegas for 11 years. Her knowledge of allergy and asthma conditions makes her an integral part of his team.

Kate is originally from Santa Monica, CA. She attended University of California, San Diego and double majored in Human Biology and Psychology. She moved to Las Vegas in 2006 to attend Touro University Nevada where she received her master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies.  Kate enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.  She’s a huge Disney fan and loves to travel!
